At Minnesota Airsoft, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your tactical gear and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all tags and accessories. Due to safety regulations, certain gas-powered items and batteries may have specific restrictions.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your airsoft gear in a sturdy shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
