Does Minnesota Airsoft ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Alaska/Hawaii. Please note that certain local jurisdictions may have specific restrictions regarding the shipment of airsoft replicas.
What is the warranty policy on airsoft replicas?
All new airsoft guns come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that opening the gearbox or removing the orange tip will void your warranty immediately.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Do I need to be 18 to purchase an airsoft gun?
Yes, per federal law and our store policy, you must be 18 years or older to purchase any airsoft replica. Minor players must have a parent or guardian complete the purchase.
What is your return policy for tactical gear?
Unused tactical gear, apparel, and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Are batteries and chargers included with all AEGs?
Most high-end AEGs (Automatic Electric Guns) do not include a battery or charger. Please check the 'What's in the box' section on the product page to see if you need to purchase them separately.
